Your customers message at 11pm.
Someone should answer.
An AI shop assistant that answers in Arabic and English, recovers abandoned carts on WhatsApp, and keeps buyers updated from order to doorstep — added to your store by one WordPress plugin.

free, no card. Then $26.50 a month on the Solo plan.
conversations a month, every month — on the storefront and on WhatsApp.
to install. No theme files touched, no code pasted, no developer.
Product facts, not customer averages. We don't publish numbers we can't attribute to a real store.
Answers your customers, day and night.
A chat bubble on every page of the store. Our WordPress plugin adds it from a settings page — you tick a box and paste your Chatbot ID. Nothing is written into your theme files.
Pick a question a shopper would actually ask:
Finds products
Relevance-ranked search across your whole catalogue — price, availability, sizes and colours, and a Buy Now link.
Answers across languages
Asked in Arabic, catalogue in English? It finds the product anyway. Your catalogue doesn't have to be bilingual for the assistant to be.
Tracks orders
Status, tracking number and estimated delivery, from an order number or an email address.
Handles returns
Takes the order number and the reason, opens a support ticket, and routes it to a human with the customer's details attached.
Takes restock requests
A shopper asking about a sold-out item can be told the moment it's back — by WhatsApp or email.
Collects reviews
A star rating and free-text feedback, captured in the chat and collected in your dashboard.
Hands over to a person
When the shopper wants a human, the conversation moves to your live chat inbox without losing the context.
Recovers the carts that walk away.
A WhatsApp sequence you control, with revenue counted only when a reminder actually earned it. WooCommerce has no abandoned cart of its own, so our plugin records them — and when there's no phone number on the cart, it falls back to email.
A nudge, nothing more. Most shoppers who were coming back don't need paying to do it.
The second message, with the recovery link that puts the cart back exactly as they left it.
The final message in the sequence. After this the cart is left alone — nobody is chased for a week.
The plugin does the tracking
WooCommerce doesn't expose abandoned carts, so the plugin records the session, items and total, then the email and phone when the shopper reaches checkout.
The cart comes back intact
The reminder carries a recovery link that restores the cart exactly as it was — no rebuilding the basket by hand.
You set the steps
Timing per step, and how long to wait before the first message. A common shape is 1 hour, 24 hours, 3 days — yours can be shorter.
Honest attribution
The dashboard reports money recovered and which step earned it. Orders that come back without a reminder are reported separately.
See what you'd be reminding about.
Your numbers, your store currency. This is the value sitting in carts that walked away in a month — the pool the sequence is working on.
Monthly value left in carts
A pool, not a forecast. We don't forecast — and recovered revenue is only counted when a reminder actually preceded the order.
Keeps buyers updated from order to doorstep.
Order-lifecycle updates on WhatsApp, each one switchable on its own. The plugin pushes the order events as they happen.
Four stages. When each one fires:
Out for delivery and Delivered come from the courier's tracking. If you deliver with your own driver or an untracked courier, your customer gets Order confirmed and Shipped — and that is exactly why the Shipped stage exists. We would rather say this here than have you find out after install.
- Reviews, average rating and complaints raised
- Restock waitlists, with the alert sent when stock returns
- Products, orders and customers pulled live from Shopify
- Conversation history and a live-chat inbox for handovers
- Every notification type switchable on its own
One place for the conversations and the money.
Recovered revenue by step, conversations answered, reviews collected, restock waitlists, and the live-chat inbox your team picks up handovers in.
Built for Gulf merchants. Not translated for them.
Arabic that isn't translated English
The assistant replies in the customer's language and dialect — Khaleeji, Levantine, Egyptian. Cross-language search means your catalogue doesn't have to be bilingual for the assistant to be.
WhatsApp is the channel, not an add-on
Recovery, order updates, restock alerts and review requests land where GCC customers actually read messages.
One plugin, no theme edits
Install the shamz.ai Cart Tracker from WordPress, tick “Enable widget” and paste your Chatbot ID. The widget is injected into your footer — your theme files are never touched, and removing the plugin removes it cleanly.
Billed by us, not by a marketplace
A normal subscription on your own card, with a real 30-day trial first. No platform taking a cut, and nothing tied to a storefront you might move off.
Honest measurement
Recovered revenue is only counted when a reminder actually preceded the order. You've been burned by apps taking credit for sales that would have happened anyway.
A month free, not a two-week clock
Thirty days is long enough to see a real promo, a real Eid and a real slow week. Two weeks isn't. No card to start, and cancelling is a click in your own dashboard.
Free for 30 days. Then $26.50.
The full product, no card to start. 300 conversations a month once you're on Solo.
- The storefront assistant, in Arabic and English
- Cart recovery on WhatsApp, with recovery links
- Order updates, tickets, reviews and restock requests
- Live-chat inbox for handovers
After that — Solo
300 conversations a month on the cheapest paid plan. Nothing auto-upgrades, there's no contract, and you cancel from your own dashboard rather than by uninstalling anything.
The things merchants ask before installing.
How long does setting up take?
Install the shamz.ai Cart Tracker plugin from WordPress, paste your WooCommerce REST API keys into shamz.ai, then tick “Enable widget” and paste your Chatbot ID. The chat bubble is live on the storefront without a developer touching a theme file.
What happens after the free month?
$26.50 a month for the Solo plan — 300 conversations a month, billed to your card. Nothing upgrades on its own, and you can cancel from your dashboard at any time.
Does it change my theme?
No. The plugin injects the widget script into your site footer from its own settings page — nothing is written into your theme files. Deactivating the plugin removes the bubble and leaves no trace.
Which languages does it speak?
Arabic and English, including Khaleeji, Levantine and Egyptian dialects. A shopper can ask in Arabic about an English-language catalogue and still find the product.
What do I need for the WhatsApp messages?
A phone number on the cart or the order. When there isn't one, cart recovery and order updates fall back to email instead of dropping the customer.
What data does it use?
Products, orders and customers, read live from Shopify, plus the conversations themselves. It doesn't write to your store beyond creating the single-use discount codes you configure — it doesn't place, edit, cancel or refund orders.
What happens if I remove the plugin?
The bubble disappears from the storefront, cart tracking stops, and your theme is untouched. Billing is separate — you cancel that in your shamz.ai dashboard.
Can it create discount codes like the Shopify app does?
Not yet. On Shopify each recovery step mints a single-use code on the store; on WooCommerce the reminder goes out with the recovery link but no code attached. We would rather say so here than have you discover it after setting the sequence up.
Which AI chatbot is best for a WooCommerce store in the Gulf?
It depends on what you need. If your customers write in Arabic and buy over WhatsApp, pick a tool built for that — dialect handling, WhatsApp Business API and cart recovery in Arabic are the parts that are hard to retrofit, and they are what we built first. If you sell in English to the US or Europe, the larger US-focused apps have deeper integrations and more app-store reviews than we do, and you should probably use one. We are the better choice for a GCC store, and an unremarkable one outside it.
Your storefront is open right now. Someone should be answering.
Start the trial, install the plugin, and watch the first conversation come in.
